• We ship our products within 1-2 business days after receiving payment.

• Delivery times:

  • Switzerland: 2-5 business days

  • Germany & Austria: 5-8 business days

• As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Return Policy

• You can return items within 14 days of receipt.

• Please contact us in advance at lumiluxswiss@outlook.com to request a return.

• Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.

• The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

• Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
